Do not make another post and include the word “bodybuilder” in it.
I swear I get multiple hits each day from people searching for “female bodybuilder” and the like. Of course, that’s better then the hit from “pink nipple voyeur” I got last week :0
Oh the shock he must have gotten when he realized the post was about Avent bottle nipples.

Since I posted about celeb gossip. So I figure it’s about time.
I don’t get the whole Lindsay Lohan/Samantha Whatever thing. At 1st I thought it was all a hoax for press. No press is bad press, right? Now I’m not so sure. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think Lindsay is a lesbo. If anything, I thinks she desperate for someone to accept her and Samantha always had so she’s latching onto her and this relationship. I don’t for a second think that is they are dating, once they breakup Lindsay won’t be back on the sausage in 5 seconds flat.
It seems Lance and Kate Hudson broke up. Yawn. I can’t think of a more boring couple. !st, Lance seems to be nailing any blond starlet that moves these days. And Kate is just weird. Cut your sons hair Kate! I really could give a flip about either of them.
And the new gossip that Brad and Angelina had invitro. Wow! You mean it’s not something in the water that makes EVERYONE in Hollywood have twins? Are people really that stupid that they think it was just a fluke? The rate of twins is 31 twin births per 1,000 women. Yet in Hollywood there have been: Brad and Angelina, Dennis Quaid, Marcia Cross, Julia Roberts, Patric Dempsey, Sean Combs, and many more. I’m sure they were all coincidence.

Over on the right ——————–>
The “Platial” map thingy. I added it last week thinking it was some sort of stat counter. Like the map I had that showed where visitors are from. But as far as I can tell, it’s just a map. Why would I want a random map of the earth on my blog? I don’t is the answer. But I will leave it because I am too tired to remove it right not.
But guess what? Thing 2 finally took a bottle! Time to do the happy dance! The hubby gave him one last night while I was working an extra shift. Do you have any idea how much I hate working to begin with? Let alone an extra shift. But I was making up taking a day off last week when Thing 2 was sick. I tried to get them to send me home because we were over staffed but they didn’t bite. Damn.
Thing 1 just handed me a headless Ninja Turtle. I better go fix it.

Thing 2 has been sick. High fevers and just lethargic. So Friday I took him to the Dr’s. His fever was 103.6 after the motrin, so the Dr did a bunch of tests. A urine culture, a strep culture, blood cultures and a CBC. He also gave him a shot of Rocephin and told us to come back Monday.
Saturday he was fine, Sunday as well. This morning I noticed a pinpoint rash on him. No biggie, he had an appointment at 9am anyways. So we go in and the Dr says the rash means it was a virus and it’s resolving. Great! He says his throat culture was fine and the blood work was normal. Then he says “his urine showed one abnormality”. I’m waiting for blood or something like that. Nope! He’s spilling glucose in his urine.
Now my heart skips a beat. The Dr says he wants to recheck his urine. Do I want to have him cath’d again of try to collect it with a bag. Cath that sucka! I want to know now, not wait. So they cath him and I sit there waiting for the longest 15 minutes of my life. Finally the nurse comes out and brings me back to see the Dr.
Shit! I’m thinking this can’t be good. If all was right, I’d assume he’s come out to the waiting room and say “you’re fine. See you next appointment”. So I walk back down the hall, the longest walk of my life. He closes the door and I just know the next words out of his mouth will be something about”sugar” and “diabetes”.
I brace myself for it.
“His urine is fine” he tells me. “We’ll see you for his 6 month appointment”. Again my heart skips a beat. I pack up the kids and walk out. I call hubby on the way to the car to tell him about the ordeal and just saying what happened out loud made me start crying.
I’ve never felt suck heartache as I did thinking my child could be sick. I can’t even imagine what parents go through when the Dr call them in and the tests aren’t “normal”. How strong must they be to hear that and pick up their kids and walk out to their cars to drive home. Knowing that this is the beginning of a long uphill battle? I hope to never know how that feels.

Oh, that’s just my ceiling fan.
That I put up.
All by myself!
I flippin did it! I’m so proud. I didn’t even electrocute myself or anything. And I hardly cursed at all. Mainly because Thing 1 was watching me most of the time. Believe it or not I don’t curse in front of the kidlets. The worst I’ve said was someone was a toll, which Thing 1 promptly repeated and asked “what is a tool”. Luckily I was able to divert by talking about Handy Manny and his tools. I’m so good!

And it’s all because of paint!
I want to paint the living room and hallways. At 1st I wanted a tan, then I changed it to a golden yellow, and now I’m looking at a more golden orange. I have about 5 swatches on the wall and 4 colors painted on the wall. When I think I’ve found one, the lighting changes in the house and I hate it!
Now all the colors are starting to blend together in my mind. Hubby refuses to look at any more paint swatches. I think my mom is even painted out. I’m so indecisive
This is a pretty color

this is the color I’m leaning towards right now:

Thoughts?
__________Edit_________
Strike that! I found the above color used online and it blows! See

My 4 year old ate 10 Honey BBQ wings for lunch today. Isn’t that a lot? I was shocked he ate them all. Then he wanted his treat (leftover milk duds from the baseball game).
Oh yeah, the hubby took Thing 1 to a baseball game last night. He was so thrilled when he told him they were going. It was cute. I stayed home with Thing 2 and wasted time on the net. That’s just how I roll.
I’m going to try to install a ceiling fan tomorrow. If you never hear from me again, it’s because I electrocuted myself.

The hubby and I don’t get out much. With a 6 month old, there just isn’t time to have a night out. Well, our neighbor gave us tickets to a concert tomorrow night and offered to watch both the kids for us! So we planned to go to the concert and to dinner.
Well guess what? There’s a damn hurricane blowing through! It’s going to rain all day tomorrow and the concert is outdoors! So I guess that’s a bust. What a load of crap.

I have seen some ugly shoes in my life. Some really ugly shoes. But I think these might just win the prize for the most fug shoes ever.

OMG!!!
The are Z coil shoes and they are billed as “pain relief” shoes. Now I don’t really care how bad my feet hurt, nothing can hurt bad enough for me to want to wear these. I’d rather out shards of glass in some cute Sketchers then wear these.
And here’s the kicker. These little beauties aren’t cheap. The start at over $200! Yep, you read that right. All that beauty and a high price tag.
